Model 20/30 | Model 20/15

At the present time, we offer two (2) models; Model 20/15 and Model 20/30. Standard features and optional features are listed below for each model.

The major difference between the two models is the method of spray cleaning.

The model 20/15 consists of over 40 fixed spray nozzles to provide wide coverage throughout the wash chamber. The quality of cleaning has a lot to do with lining up the spray nozzle with surfaces of equipment. It's for that reason that we use over 40 spray nozzles.

To provide reasonable spray pressure, spray systems are turned on in a sequential process to maximize spray pressure pulsing. Spray pressures per nozzle are 30 pounds per nozzle. In addition, the sequential process minimizes saturation of fabrics because your not continuously spraying in one place.

Applications best suited for the model 20/15 are; Long Term Care facilities, general hospitals and other healthcare environments where scheduled cleaning programs are followed.

The model 20/30 uses a rotating system so the shape of equipment doesn't matter because spray nozzles are moving past equipment surfaces regardless of their shape. The rotating system covers both sides, front, back, top and under carriage of equipment. Spray pressures are upwards to 50 pounds per nozzle and saturation of fabric material is minimal.

Applications best suited for the model 20/30 are; Medical Equipment Providers, Rehab facilities, Service Businesses, Long Term Care and other healthcare environments that require heavy duty cleaning and the flexibility for a variety of equipment.

Standard Features

PROGRAMMABLE MICRO-PROCESSES
Industrial computer provides extensive automation for all HUBSCRUB cleaning and infection control functions. Software protection for electro-mechanical devices, assisting operations, new updates for additional features and regulatory changes are just some of the advantages.

CHEMICAL CENTER/ELECTRONICS CABINET
A separate cabinet located in the back of the unit houses chemicals in one compartment and electronics in another, each having their own door. One gallon chemical containers rest on a shelf for easy changing. The electronics enclosure has a see through window displaying light indicators for each operation. The electronics enclosure is completely removable.

REMOVABLE WASH CHAMBER
Removing the wash chamber offers portability in standard vans.

SIDE WINDOWS
Two (2) see-thru windows provide visual view of the entire cleaning process.

REMOVABLE SPRAY ARMS
Two general purpose spray arms with disconnect couplings for easy removal. Spray arms includes strainers to keep nozzles free from clogging. Each spray arm is configured with five (5) spray nozzles.

NON-VARIABLE ROTATING SPRAY SYSTEM
Spray arms rotate at a fixed rotation speed providing coverage across multiple equipment shapes in the front back, sides, top and back. Rotating spray system reduces the number of spray nozzles to increase spray pressure. Rotating spray system reduces saturation of upholstery fabric.

BOOSTER WASH PUMP
3/4HP industrial pump produces 35 pounds of nozzle spray pressure.

DRAIN PUMP
1/3hp industrial pump drains waste water from HUBSCRUB to an external drain line or sink. Capable of draining up 4-5 feet high.

CHEMICAL DISPENSING PUMP
Detergent and drying aid chemicals are accurately dispensed by a metering pump controlled by the micro-processor. Drying aid insures no spotting, fast drying and includes a rust inhibitor. Water purging after chemical dispensing keeps chemical lines clean from chemical residue buildup.

LOW CHEMICAL SENSOR
Light indicator informs operator when the detergent or drying aid chemical container is empty.

SELF CLEANING FILTER
An innovative filter is automatically cleaned for every cycle providing non-stop production cleaning. Replacing filter cartridges is not required saving time and costs.

WATER SUPPLY HOSE
3/4" hose rated at 200 psi and 180+ degree water temp. One end includes a garden hose connection for the faucet while the other end connects to HUBSCRUB using quick disconnect couplings. Length of hose is 13'.

DRAIN HOSE
1" hose rated at 200 psi and 180 degree water temp. One end connects to HUBSCRUB while the other end is placed into a sink or drain pipe. Length of hose is 13'.

SAFETY DOOR SWITCH
If the door is opened while the system is running, the system will stop to prevent accidental splashing of water.

GROUND FAULT CIRCUIT INTERRUPT
A ground fault receptacle is connected to the power cord receptacle in the event power needs to immediately be shut off for safety reasons.

SWIVEL AND FIXED CASTER WHEELS
(2) swivel and two fixed 1 1/2 X 4" heavy duty caster wheels move HUBSCRUB with ease and accommodates very tight areas.

POWER CORD
An industrial 14 gauge power cord connects to standard wall outlet and to HUBSCRUB.

MOBILITY HANDLES
Two handles conveniently mounted on each side of the door to easily move HUBSCRUB from one location to another by one person.

OPERATOR PANEL SELECTION
Selections include; Start, Stop and Empty functions. Light indicators display system status at all times.

STANDARD WASH AND RINSE CYCLES
Cleaning and rinsing cycles included in the base software.

DIAGNOSTICS PACKAGE
Each HUBSCRUB includes diagnostic programs to test each device.

WARRANTY
A one year warranty is included for parts and labor, except normal wear and tear.

SUPPORT
Telephone and internet communication support for life of system.

Optional Features (Model 20/30)

SANITIZE/DISINFECTANT PACKAGE
Three position selector switch for sanitize, disinfect or clean only. Metering pump for dispensing disinfectant, foam control and rinse to clean chemical lines from residue build up. EPA registered hospital grade quaternary disinfectant. Low chemical sensor to ensure correct dilution ratio. Multiple selections of contact time. Accreditation approved process.

USER SPECIFIED DISINFECTANTS
User specified disinfectants require re-programming for dilution ratios and contact time. In addition, chemical compatibility testing is required between HUBSCRUB supplied chemicals and to ensure safeness with HUBSCRUB components.

MULTIPLE CLEANING CYCLES
Selector switch for Quick, Normal or Long cleaning cycles. Automated dispensing of detergent in varying amounts based on selection. Cleaning times from 2 1/2 minutes to 7.

UNDER SPRAY SYSTEM
Spray nozzles are recessed in the floor for under carriage cleaning. Selectable lighted switch.

VARIABLE ROTATING SPRAY SYSTEM
Rotating spray arms can be controlled to move at different speeds for deep cleaning or production cleaning. Pause selection also included.

INTERNAL SPRAY ATTACHMENT
Convenient hand held spray attachment offers pre-spray cleaning for heavily soiled equipment. . Chemical line attached to mix chemical and a shut off valve
for rinsing.

GUARD RAILS
Guard rails attached to the floor providing protection for the rotating spray arms. If multiple operators are using the system, the guard rails are highly recommended.

MAINTAIN HOT WATER HEATER
When cleaning is done throughout the day with breaks in between usage, water heater maintains hot water to continue quality cleaning for every cycle.

PARTS CLEANING
Spray systems rotate only in the lower region to maximize cleaning of parts such as foot rests, cushions, rehab parts, etc. Selectable lighted switch.

PARTS BASKET
Basket accommodates a number of parts. 5" caster wheels raise the basket off the floor for effective under spray cleaning.

CYCLE COUNTER
Every cleaning cycle is counted and displayed through the see-thru window. Counter can be used for production measurement, billing or preventive maintenance schedules.

CUSTOM CHEMICAL COUPLINGS
Separate couplings for chemical tubing and container cap provide ease of use when replacing empty containers.

HUBSCRUB MAT AND TOWEL
A 44" X 96" towel attaches to a similar size vinyl mat with Velcro for easy removing. Mat and towel are placed under door to collect water when the door is opened. Ideal for locations that require control of water and safety concerns. Easy removal of towel for washing and drying.

SEQUENTIAL SPRAY SYSTEM
Independent spray systems are positioned along both sides and front and are turned on in a sequential process to maximize coverage and spray pressures. Guard rails included with spray systems.
