Currently our product is in the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

HUBSCRUB uses liquid disinfectants to eliminate pathogens on equipment. An independent research organization tested our UV model and verified our 7 minute wash, rinse and UV process eliminated CDiff, MRSA and CRE.

With a focus on versatility and efficiency, this product ensures that equipment can be cleaned, rinsed, and disinfected at sporicidal levels in less than 7 minutes.

Its rotating wrap-around spray system caters to various equipment shapes, utilizing higher spray pressures for deeper and more effective cleaning.

Remarkably, all of this is achieved with a minimal water footprint of just 4 gallons per complete cycle.

20/80 MOdels

The 20/80 models open up significant benefits and value that are unmatched in the market.

All 20/80 models use the same proven cleaning technology. The differences are the levels and types of disinfection that meet requirements and environments of facilities.

Model 20/80-R Ready to Use (RTU) Disinfectant

RTU disinfectants are very common and do not require dilution with water.

• Contact or dwell time is 5 minutes or less.
• Misting nozzles are attached to the rotating spray system for thorough disinfection.
• No contact with or inhalation of disinfectant fumes because the entire cycle occurs in an enclosed chamber.

Model 20/80-C Concentrate Disinfectant

Concentrate disinfectants are mixed with water.

• Dilution ratio depends on the brand.
• A dilution tank is used with switches to establish the correct ratio.
• Disinfectant spray nozzles are attached to the rotating spray nozzles for thorough coverage.
• No disinfectant fumes are exposed to the operator.

Model 20/80-UV (Ultra-Violet) Disinfection

The UV model has four lamps:

• Two lamps facing down onto the equipment
• Two lamps facing the front of the equipment

There are two ways to use UV.

Prior to the UV cycle, durable medical equipment is washed and rinsed with 40 to 50 lbs of spray pressure.

Total time to wash, rinse and complete a 3-minute UV cycle was less than 7 minutes.

If the equipment was already clean, the operator can choose a UV-only cycle.

This bypasses the wash and rinse cycle. Equipment requiring an electrical connection, or equipment that generally should not be washed, can take advantage of this feature.

When cleaning or disinfecting equipment manually, productivity by the person or department is often unknown. The Management Data Report provides several ways to track usage.

• Alerts: Indicates the operator is not paying attention to replacing empty containers.
• Hours: Tracks running hours for maintenance scheduling.
• Cycles: Tracks how many UV-only cycles have been run and whether equipment was cleaned before that cycle.

HUBSCRUB SERVICE BUSINESS

Prior to the development of HUBSCRUB, the company operated a service business using pressure washers.

The company would visit nursing homes and assisted living facilities, dragging out hoses and wheeling out pressure washers to clean wheelchairs and other washable equipment in parking lots.

The service was well received. It was through this experience that the phrase arose:

"There's got to be a better way."

The business existed, but the product was wrong.

Three years later, HUBSCRUB replaced the hoses, pressure washers and rainy days.

HUBSCRUB was built to move from day one, allowing technicians to move easily between facilities and different floors using elevators.

Equipment on upper floors often did not get cleaned as frequently. HUBSCRUB created an efficient, time-saving approach.

A family member later started a service business using HUBSCRUB and a trailer-mounted system. Their customer base grew to 75 customers.

Evaluation rentals are provided to fully evaluate the performance and benefits of HUBSCRUB in your daily business.

Ample time is provided to integrate HUBSCRUB into daily schedules and validate cleaning and disinfection results for different types of equipment.

If you decide to keep the system, rental charges are credited toward the purchase price.

Rental System Requirements

• Electrical outlet supporting HUBSCRUB (15 AMPS minimum)
• HUBSCRUB located within 15 to 20 feet of an electrical outlet
• Hot water connection within 25 feet
• Drain outlet within approximately 15 feet from the back of HUBSCRUB to a sink or suitable drain
